UK Delivery is charged at either £1.95 or £3.95 per order, depending on the weight and size of your item.
Gift Vouchers are delivered free of charge.
Most items are charged at £3.95 postage. However some of our items weigh less (all Charms, Chains and some others) and are able to be packaged in a flatter box, so qualify for the lowest rate. Items with this £1.95 delivery are marked accordingly when you click on them.
Orders are sent out by Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded Delivery where a signature is required upon receipt of goods, apart from Gift Vouchers which are sent by normal 1st Class Post and require no signature.
If your order is placed before midday on weekdays, we attempt to send out that same day, or the next day if we are unable to, and your purchase should reach you within 1 – 3 days from the day of ordering. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we will send the item on Monday at the latest.
These delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and may be affected by their seasonal business (e.g. at Valentine’s & Christmas time).
Delivery to EU countries will be charged at £7.95 per delivery. We use Royal Mail’s International Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required by the recipient and an item is trackable. Royal Mail allows a maximum of 20 days for delivery of parcels shipped in this way, but it is usually much quicker than this.
Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at £9.95 per delivery. We use Royal Mail’s International Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required by the recipient and an item is trackable. Royal Mail allows a maximum of 25 days for delivery of parcels shipped in this way, but it is usually much quicker than this. We regret that due to insurance issues, we are unable to deliver items to the USA.
Collect in store
You are very welcome to collect your online purchase from the shop at no cost. Purchases will ready from 2 hours after purchase and you will receive a confirmation email.
Within the Checkout, simply select ‘Collect in store’ option and we will look forward to seeing you – please bring your email with you on your phone or as a printout.
We believe that presentation is very important and all our jewellery will be supplied boxed, normally with our own luxury branded boxes. The vast majority of our gift items are also boxed, with a small number of exceptions – where an alternative form of packaging will be used, as we would in the shop.
Every effort is made to send items immediately. However, as we are a trading retail shop operating on the high street, there may be rare occasions where stock suddenly becomes unavailable before the stock system has reacted to this and we are unable to send out orders immediately. Under these circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and we will work as fast as possible to get the item in and delivered, and of course we are happy to refund you in full should you do not wish to wait.
