Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

We wish you to be happy with your purchase and it is not always easy to choose a product online as compared to when you can pick it up and feel it in-store. Therefore, when you buy online from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 28 days of delivery via email or telephone and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.

On unwanted goods, this refund will cover the cost of the item and the postage originally paid by you.  You will have to pay the cost of returning it to us though.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or give refunds on earrings, unless they are faulty.

Returned products must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In a resaleable condition
3. In their original packaging with all documentation still in place

We will pay your return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is faulty. Simply telephone or email the shop and we will provide returns instructions.

You can return your purchase directly to us via the post, for a refund or an exchange, or you can visit our shop in Bath to exchange your purchase for something more suitable, or for a refund if it is within 28 days of delivery of the product.

We guarantee the quality & performance of products within a reasonable time period & with normal use, & where there has not been misuse or neglect.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns and Exchanges for In-store Purchases

We wish you to be happy with your purchase and we are happy to refund items returned within 28 days of purchase when returned with their till receipt (and card receipt where applicable).

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or give refunds on earrings, unless they are faulty.

Returned products must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In a resaleable condition
3. In their original packaging with any documentation still in place

For items returned without a receipt, or after 28 days, we are happy to offer an exchange, or a credit note.

On any purchases made using a debit or credit card, our till system issues two receipts and both receipts will need to be brought in as we need to confirm which card was used in order to refund onto that card.

We guarantee the quality & performance of products within a reasonable time period & with normal use, & where there has not been misuse or neglect. Where we can and it is practical, we make every effort to repair items at our discretion that are older and have been heavily used, although reserve the right to make a charge for this.
